VERCIDA launches ‘I BELONG’ and we’d love to feature you and your stories.
Feeling like you belong is important. Especially at work. Studies show that feeling a sense of belonging in the workplace leads to more than just good vibes and friendships. Belonging is what allows you to feel like you can be your authentic self without fear of different treatment.
Our #IBelong campaign promotes this vital sense of belonging, not just at work but in everything you do. Whether you’re a member of the LGBTQ+ community, BAME, a single parent, have learning difficulties, have hidden disabilities, are disabled, or anything else… we are focussed on turning BELONGING into a worldwide discussion.
The dictionary defines belonging as…
Being a member of a particular group or organization; To have an affinity for a specified place or situation.

• Tell us who you are, what you do, or the kind of job you’re looking for.
