Leaders in Diversity with Masters in Diversity
Leaders in Diversity also offers you the flexibility to combine it with Masters in Diversity.
- Your leaders will attend the 6 Master Classes over 12 months (one Master Class every two months).
- If you feel your leaders would benefit from one-to-one coaching, this can be included at an additional cost.
- Once you’ve completed the programme, you become certified as a Fellow of the National Centre for Diversity – valid for 12 months
- Your organisation achieves the Masters in Diversity Award – valid for 2 years
