Our overall aims are to help start conversations and move the needle around the BME agenda in the workplace. We will build robust solutions that organisations can put in place to improve or kick start an area that has been lacking within diversity and inclusion.
Organisations say they are not doing enough around the ethnicity and race agenda.
As a result we are launching the pioneering IER conference bringing together and engaging over 100 organisations to empower, educate and inspire around this agenda, and energise those to take key action back into the workplace.
