Skip to main contentWhat Leaving the EU means for Employers and Those Employed from within the EU.
To confirm that there are no employment law changes at this time. Those employed stay as employed. There is still a free movement agreement in place, so you can continue to employ and recruit people from within the EU.
The UK has to give 2 years notice to leave the EU.
We are sure that over the next few months new directives and laws regarding the ongoing employment will be published and as soon as we are aware of those, we will discuss this with each of our clients regarding the staff it may affect. Until that time, it remains as is.
