Tetra Tech's Autism Reality Experience: Building Awareness and Understanding

This week, Tetra Tech Europe saw a visit from the Autism Reality Experience.
The team attended the office to deliver multiple training sessions to colleagues about Autism and how it affects the daily life of those with it.
Colleagues were able to walk in the shoes of those with neurodiversities to have a better understanding of the challenges people face, in life and the workplace.
Our Disability DE&I Group played a huge part in organising this training and making it happen. It's important to us that we're as inclusive as possible and education sessions like this one are vital!
