Taylor Wimpey's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conference

Taylor Wimpey was delighted to hold our fourth annual Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conference on 11th July with great attendance and participation from our colleagues across the business.

Our conference focus this year was a simple one, that ‘Action Changes Things’. Our aim was to provide real and practical information, stories, and hints and tips for colleagues to take away, consider and commit to what actions they can take to make positive changes for equality, diversity and inclusion in their work areas.

 

 

Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion at Taylor Wimpey continues to be a key priority for the business; we published our first equality, diversity and inclusion report in March of this year and our focus remains on listening, understanding and acting in the best interest of all our people. The engagement and participation of our colleagues in events like the ED&I conference are extremely valuable to support us in continuing to make critical progress on building an inclusive culture at Taylor Wimpey.

Many thanks to our internal and external speakers who contributed to a very positive, thought-provoking, and action-oriented conference.
