Wellbeing Live...coming soon!
As part of our commitment to wellbeing, we’re hosting Wellbeing Live; a season of events, sessions and masterclasses in October, across BBC sites, raising awareness about wellbeing and the range of services that are available to you.
Highlights of the season will include advice on mental health, fitness, digital detoxing and staying active and healthy.
There will be livestreamed sessions on Gateway featuring a wide range of experts and well known personalities, as well as smaller local events all geared to improving your wellbeing.
