This National Inclusion Week we’ve been thinking about recruitment.
Applying and interviewing can be challenging for many – for instance, some people with neurodiversity. We are educating ourselves to do better and look forward to welcoming the Autism Reality Experience to our offices next week so that some of our colleagues can get a flavour of what it is like to walk in someone else's shoes.
