We are thrilled to announce our recent collaboration with Destination Nuclear, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting the growth and development of the nuclear industry.

Together, we are embarking on a groundbreaking journey, joining forces to pioneer the first sector-wide initiative aimed at attracting and recruiting individuals over the next two decades. This initiative comes at a pivotal moment as the industry transitions into a new era of government-backed expansion, poised to meet the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

This is part of the wider piece of work for New Taskforce to build UK nuclear skills - and ONR has representation at all three levels of the governance structure; Nuclear Skills Executive Committee – Mark Foy, Nuclear Skills Delivery Board – John Male and Nuclear Skills Delivery Group – Debbie Harrison-North. 

Beyond our contribution to this government-led initiative, our partnership with Destination Nuclear holds multifaceted benefits for both parties.
