LW Introduces Four New Inclusive Policies

In an ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment, we are proud to announce the introduction of four new policies; Transgender Inclusion, Pregnancy Loss, Menopause Support and Fertility Treatment.  These policies are aimed at ensuring our teams receive comprehensive support during significant periods in their lives or when facing difficult challenges. They have been carefully crafted with input from our valued team members, drawing from their real-life experiences. By prioritising open conversations and implementing targeted support measures, we aim to alleviate the impact of life events on our team members' work lives and make their journey a little smoother. Transgender Inclusion
