Haymarket Team Fundraising for Skylarks
A massive congratulations to our amazing Haymarket team: Leona Ademi, Solomon Suronku-Lindsay, Samantha Johnston, Sharif Farag, Michael Scowen and Jenna Bashir who all completed the 10km Tough Mudder challenge!
On Sunday 7 May, six of our employees took on the 10km Tough Mudder Challenge in West London. A massive congratulations to Leona Ademi, Solomon Suronku-Lindsay, Samantha Johnston, Sharif Farag, Michael Scowen and Jenna Bashir for completing the challenge and more importantly raising money for our charity partner, Skylarks.
So far, we have raised £1,905 but there is still time left to show your support and help us meet our £3000 target!
The 10km challenge included twenty of their famous obstacle courses, such as the Arctic Enema, Everest, Mudderhorn, and Electroshock Therapy. Our employees demonstrated fantastic teamwork skills and showed their dedication to a fantastic cause, both prior and during the event.
Speaking on the event, Solomon Suronku-Lindsay, Business Systems Technical Analyst, PSG, said: ‘Our tough mudder race was super fantastic. We arrived individually and quickly gathered ourselves, before dropping off our bags and then made ourselves ready for the race. Pictures were taken and before being called to the start line where we were warmed up by a very enthusiastic JD/Motivator/Games Master…call him what you will. But we started together and finished together as one unit.’
