GLOBAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEESHIP
What is it?
Our Global Management Traineeship (GMT) programme offers an exciting springboard into the world of business. This is a 1-year global program starting in August 2023, which will provide you with valuable exposure and insights into leading and transforming a successful global business. During the 12-month rotation, you will work on real projects with senior stakeholders to drive value and undertake a structured program to support your development as a future leader of the Company.

SUPPLY MANAGEMENT TRAINEESHIP
What is it?
Our Supply Management Traineeship (SMT) is all about brewing, packaging and delivery. This is a 6 months programme starting in August 2023. The focus is on improving process and efficiencies in our breweries and our logistics/supply chain – all to help us stay ahead of the pack. It's where you can make a big difference to our impact on the environment and focus on innovation.

FAST TRACK LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
What is it?
The programme is made up of two six-month rotations giving you hands-on experience with the operational side of our business. On top you have the opportunity to shine by taking on specific projects and presenting your solutions to our Senior Leadership. After a successful traineeship, you will be promoted to a leadership role and work on transformational projects in our Prague Centre.

MARKET VISIONARIES PROGRAMME
What is it?
This is no ordinary graduate sales programme. Our Market Visionaries Programme is an 18-month programme starting in August 2023, giving you the confidence, training and communication skills necessary to sell anything from new products to great ideas. It is an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership and deliver results.
