DM boasts an established Learning and Development Team, known as the 'DM Academy,' providing comprehensive support through various training courses, both in person and online. These offerings cover a range of topics such as Values Training, Line Management Training, mandatory HSE and compliance training, 'lunch and learns,' IT/software training, and support for professional qualifications like RICS. Structured CPD and training events are also provided. Additionally, all employees have personalised development plans with regular one-on-one sessions and annual reviews. We have a dedicated team focused on cultivating the DM Culture to ensure we maintain a supportive, enjoyable and dynamic working environment.
