Leadership Programmes at the Financial Conduct Authority

We offer a range of Leadership Programmes through the FCA curriculum. These programmes are designed to meet our business needs and offer our people new ways of furthering their skills, understanding and progression.

We currently offer two leadership programmes each aimed at colleagues at different stages of their carers:

• Future Managers Programme

The Future Manager Programme (FMP) is a development opportunity for all levels of Associates with management potential or who wish to deepen their line management capability in role or to support preparation for flexible moves across projects or business areas. It is a great way of building connections and relationships with colleagues across the FCA.

• Advanced Managers Programme

This 12-month programme (which includes six months formal development) is developed and run in partnership with Cranfield School of Management. The programme is aimed at experienced Managers and Technical Specialists, with an existing level of leadership skill that is to be developed further, and who are recognised as high potential.
