Workspace Engineer

In this position you will join the Thales Netherlands IS/IT team. IS/IT is at the core of the Thales digital transformation, there is a close relationship between IS/IT and business.

With a team of 125+ colleagues we provide IS/IT support to our 3500 NL colleagues in several Business Lines and functions. The IS/IT department of Thales Netherlands works closely together with the international IS/IT departments of the Thales group.

About the job

Your work as a Workspace Engineer is varied. Every day you start together with the team to discuss ongoing tasks during the stand-up and how to align these tasks. Both within the department and team you work according to Agile/Scrum working methods. Throughout the week you focus on the sprint work together with your team. Your main task will be the packaging of applications.

You have experience with:

• Windows 10/11
• Ivanti Workspace Control
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• MSI Packaging
• App-V 5.1 (sequencing, implementing)
• Powershell scripting
• MSIX

About you

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has at least 5 years relevant working experience
• Can communicate in English
• Can work in a structured manner
• At least 60% present at the Thales office in Hengelo
