Sustainability at Hillarys

We’re committed to reducing our impact on the planet and proud of our progress and initiatives including, waste management, packaging, facilities, electric vehicles and, product development to help customers make more sustainable choices, all spearheaded by our Head of Environment and Sustainability.

During 2023 we took a number of steps that reflect our dedication to a greener future including;

• Joined WRAP Textiles 2020
• Reduced plastic packaging on a number of products
• Identified a process change that saved 15 ton of fabric waste annually
• Becoming members of the Better Cotton initiative 
• Upgraded our offices, we are now 93% LED light coverage and 37% motion sensor coverage overall, 100% coverage in our office areas
• Installed solar panels on 3 of our office buildings
• Procure 100% of our electricity as renewable 
• Achieved our FSC certification
