Lloyd’s is a unique place to work and we are committed to ensuring our talent is rewarded and supported throughout their careers, whether entry-level graduates or c-suite executives.
Our Total Rewards Package outlines your basic package as well as how we support your health and wellbeing, training and development, and personal life outside of work.
The Lloyd’s market was built on the power of its people, so we take a holistic approach to supporting your ability to thrive. We provide significantly more enhanced benefits than statutory entitlements, and in some cases provide new rights to which employees are not currently entitled to under statute. This is part of our genuine commitment to making Lloyd’s an employer of choice.
We aim to pay you a competitive base salary. We carefully consider salary levels during the recruitment process and then review salaries annually, using market benchmarking data as a guide to remain competitive against other comparable employers.
Benefits allowance and Flex benefits
We provide a cash allowance equal to 3% of your salary which you can put towards the cost of any additional benefits you might choose from our Flex offering. There’s a wide variety to choose from, including travel insurance, gym membership, extra holiday, critical illness cover, dental insurance and cycle to work, among others. Over 75% of our employees choose additional benefits through Flex.
Bonus scheme; personal performance and Lloyd’s market profitability
Our bonus scheme is designed to reward strong performance. As well as an annual bonus recognising your own individual performance, there’s the potential to benefit from strong performance of the Lloyd’s market.
