About the Opportunity:

Projects for our clients include feasibility studies, long-range planning studies, and full design services including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and services during construction for design/bid/build and design/build projects.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills. They will exhibit a passion and desire to apply their technical experience and knowledge in a team environment on technically challenging and professionally rewarding projects. Our team is seeking a person who understands the importance of meeting their targeted commitments while being flexible to the ever-changing and fast paced environment of our clients' sites.

Key accountabilities include:

• Maintain coordination with all team members for information, specific job scope and efficient design.
• Actively cooperate with members of your project task force, client personnel and members of your department, as appropriate
• Make a particular point of establishing a mutually respectful professional as well as a personal relationship with key client personnel with whom you interact
• Understand client expectations, as determined by the team, and constantly strive to achieve or better these
• Meet commitments that you make to the client, individually or as a team, to complete work by certain dates or within agreed man-hour or cost budgets
• Produce flawless work without unnecessary errors

• Do not compromise safety in design or in the field.

Here's What You'll Need:

• BSc or MSc in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Chartered engineer preferably MIStructE
• Knowledge and application of Eurocode, BSI and Irish design standards and codes
• Knowledge and application of the Irish Building Regulations
• Knowledge of the application of CAD,Revit and Navis software for purposes of planning work and monitoring quality of deliverables.
