Mental Health at HS2

Mental health is of the utmost important here at HS2 and we have a number of initiatives to support our colleagues.

Mental health digital platform called the Together All 

This is a completely anonymous social networking online community available 24/7. It provides peer to peer support, allows you to undertake clinical tests along with guided programmes and support to help you make a positive change. It’s a safe place to talk it gives you access to therapists and bespoke assistance programmes which can support you.

Mental Health first aiders who are volunteers within the business who act as a point of contact for individuals experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.

Our Mental Health First Aiders offer the following support:

• Understand the important factors affecting mental wellbeing
• Identify the signs and symptoms for a range of mental health conditions
• Listen non-judgementally and hold supportive conversations using the Mental Health First Aid action plan
• Signpost people to professional help, support and resources
