Gender Network at L&Q

The Inspire Network is a colleague-led network for anyone interested in gender equality and in creating an inclusive workplace. We work together to support colleagues, raise awareness of gender-related issues, and help ensure that everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed at work. Inspire believes that promoting gender equality is a shared responsibility, which is why membership is open to all employees who are passionate about making a positive difference. Through events, discussions, policy engagement, and partnerships, members have the opportunity to share their experiences, contribute ideas, influence change, and help shape initiatives that support a more inclusive and equitable workplace for everyone.
