Smart Working & Inclusive Annual Leave at RSSB

Our annual leave offering is 30 days plus Bank Holidays, and we provide the option to take or move most bank holidays* to a date that works best for you — whether for religious reasons, family commitments, or to extend your annual leave. This ensures you can use your time off when it matters most. In addition, RSSB colleagues can buy or sell annual leave, giving you even more control over your work–life balance. If you’re looking for additional flexibility, just let us know at the interview stage so we can discuss and consider your request.

*Due to the Christmas Closure, Christmas Bank Holidays are the only fixed ones for RSSB colleagues.
