LGBTQ+ Network at L&Q

Spectrum is L&Q's LGBTQ+ staff network, bringing together LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to promote inclusion, understanding and belonging. We work closely with other staff networks and allies across the organisation, recognising that meaningful inclusion is achieved through collaboration. Through a mix of events, awareness campaigns, training and guest speakers, we create opportunities for learning, connection and conversation. Recently, we have marked key dates such as Pride and National Coming Out Day, organised visits to Queer Britain and LGBTQ+ history walking tours, and hosted sessions that help colleagues better understand the experiences of LGBTQ+ residents and communities. Our aim is to foster a workplace where everyone feels able to be themselves and thrive.
