Everyone at Somerset is treated with care and respect, whatever their sex or gender identity. Sex and gender reassignment are protected throughout our policies, and we take a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and harassment, backed by our Dignity at Work and Sexual Harassment policies. We have re-badged appropriate facilities as Inclusive Facilities to give provision for colleagues who identify in the non-binary space, and our Menopause Policy supports colleagues through a stage of life that too often goes unspoken. On the field, we are investing in both our men's and women's talent pathways and in the continued growth of Somerset Women.
