Sage Pathways offers a range of openings through ‘supported’ permanent roles in different teams across the year. Many of these are in our customer services and technology teams but we have had roles in sales, marketing, business development, people and finance teams as well.

Pathways programmes include some flexibility as well as support when you start. For some of the opportunities full training will be built in and for everyone, coaching and mentoring will be provided to help you switch into working life. You will also be introduced to a Sage ‘buddy’ to help you navigate the business (as we know sometimes that can be the tough bit). Most importantly you’ll be part of the Pathways community, so you’ll always have someone to share your experience with.
