“It has been really reassuring to see how momentum has gathered around the creation of the networks and the ReachEquality committee are so pleased to be a part of changing what needs to be changed. “We are impressed with the level of commitment, ambition and effort the company has displayed in this process so far and are hopeful that these combined efforts and collaboration between the networks themselves will make a significant impact. The process has uncovered a lot of goodwill towards D&I and has also shed light on the very difficult but extremely important work that needs to be done by everyone in the business to make best-practice Business As Usual.”
