Pride Network - Supporting LGBTQIA+ colleagues at Sage.

Our vision is to ensure everyone is welcome at Sage, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, through education, support and celebration. We want to connect our members together in a safe environment and provide a place where they can seek advice and support confidentially on matters that are important to them.

Our Pride @ Sage Colleague Success Network is an award-winning network that promotes a welcoming, safe, open, and inclusive work environment where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) colleagues have the freedom to bring their whole self to work.

Employers taking an equitable approach to opportunity can draw accusations of tokenism. Sometimes they’re justified. We spoke to Jonny Sands, Senior Web Experience Manager, about his first-hand experiences and how he feels about the approach Sage takes to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
