Pride for Center Parcs Colleagues

Some of the highlights from last year’s Pride were:

• Dozens of colleagues swapped their Microsoft Teams backgrounds for bright, custom Pride designs
• Our company-wide newsletters covered the essentials of Pride history, gender identity, and sexuality
• We hosted a Power Hour at Longford Forest, where our DE&I Manager Wes Stanford shared their personal journey, which led to an open Q&A with colleagues
• We recorded our second podcast, which included a powerful, full-length episode all about allyship
• We held Pride-themed pop quizzes and other mini activities that sparked curiosity, empathy, and educational moments across the business
• Our Woodwork and Pottery teams special Pride themed pieces that were displayed as a symbol of solidarity and support at Sherwood Forest
