Our recent Great Place to Work survey proved that our people value the support we offer. 83% of our employees told us they feel able to take time off from work when they think it's necessary. 72% said they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.

We have a range of tools, training, webinars and live classes on offer throughout the year for employees and managers. We’ve built a Mental Health First Aid England trained network of mental health first aiders and we have invested in an award-winning Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) through Health Assured.

The EAP gives you and your family have access to a 24/7 helpline, where a team of qualified counsellors can assist employees to cope with a family problem or personal issue, or just to deal with the ups and downs of everyday life.
