LGBTQ+ inclusive at Macmillan Cancer Support

LGBTQ+ inclusive

Our aim is to ensure that every LGBTQ+ colleague feels that Macmillan is a place where they can release their potential.

We have a strong and active network in place, and as an organisation we are proud to actively support Pride across the UK.

Working in partnership with Stonewall to regularly benchmark the experience of working at Macmillan for our LGBTQ+ colleagues and make improvements.

As an employer we recognise the experience and welcome trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming. And we understand the need and provide specific cancer information for LGBTQ+ people.
