At Multiverse Computing, we operate internationally across global hubs, with notable teams based in locations like San Sebastián (Spain) alongside our remote networks.   • Hybrid Model: We generally expect our employees to work from the office, but our structured schedules actively include remote days to balance collaborative face-to-face time with home working.

  • Flexible Hours: To accommodate different working styles, many of our technical and engineering roles offer flexible start and end times (such as the ability to start anytime before 10:30 a.m.).

  • Work from Anywhere: We deeply value location flexibility and offer a “work from anywhere” benefit. This includes allocating specific periods (such as 10 days a year) where our staff can seamlessly operate outside their usual geography, alongside giving our hybrid teams 1 fully remote week per year.
