To connect people across NPL through networking opportunities; offer a range of activities that will help address any barriers/challenges that women still face in the workplace; and support the development of our female colleagues.

NPL has always been a proud employer of a diverse and inclusive workforce, offering support to all with a range of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. We've done a great deal in creating a dialogue around gender equality within the workplace: Springboard; Project Juno, which was set up to tackle the under-representation of women in physics; support for the Women's Engineering Society; and our gender pay gap report.
