Ex-Armed Forces & Veterans Support at Ministry of Defence – Navy Command

In February 2020, the Government announced the introduction of a new initiative to make the Civil Service 'A Great Place to Work for Veterans' The aim is to give veterans the best possible opportunity to succeed in joining the Civil Service by offering an interview to veterans if they meet the minimum criteria at the sift stage of the selection process. The MOD was one of the first to adopt this initiative and the Army.
