Disability Support for Center Parcs Colleagues

Disability Support at Center Parcs

At Center Parcs we are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer.

Through the Disability Confident scheme, we commit to thinking differently about disability and taking action to ensure our workplace supports, includes and empowers disabled people.

As a Disability Confident Employer we:

  • Provide an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
  • Guarantee to interview disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for the role.
  • Ensure reasonable adjustments are available throughout the hiring process and provide a supportive environment that allows everyone to demonstrate their strengths.
  • Have a careers website that supports accessibility adjustments.

Disability Confident Committed

We’re proud to share this Mental Health Awareness Week that Jake Smith, our Food, Beverage and Retail Manager at Elveden Forest, has been named an Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project® representing Suffolk.

The Burnt Chef Project is a vital charity working to end the stigma around mental health in the hospitality industry, providing free mental health support and therapy, as well as raising awareness of mental health.

Jake is passionate about creating a more supportive and sustainable future in hospitality, which aligns perfectly with our values. At Center Parcs, we’re committed to offering our teams stability and balance, including 8-week advance rotas, contracted hours and no split shifts, because we believe a healthy, rewarding career should be the norm.
