Our goal is to be recognised as a disability smart organisation through our actions, internal initiatives and external partnerships.

We have 4 Employee Networks supporting colleagues with a disability, neurodivergence or long-term health condition such as cancer and mental health, helping to remove barriers in the organisation.

Through our accessible technologies everyone can use our corporate and career websites.

We are working with the BDF to benchmark the experience of working at Macmillan for our Disabled colleagues and taking action to make improvements.
