As a large business, we are keen to give back and support charitable causes which share our values. We have a number of ways in which we support local communities and charities, from corporate partnerships through to making it easier for our colleagues to donate to the causes close to their hearts.
Corporate partnerships
We have a proud history of supporting charities which share our ethos of family togetherness, helping families going through difficult times to make special memories together.
We have been proudly partnered with a number of national charities over the years and we are currently supporting two causes as our corporate charity partners – Together for Short Lives in the UK and LauraLynn in Ireland - as well as supporting the British Heart Foundation through donations of furniture.

Together for Short Lives
Together for Short Lives is here to make sure the 99,000 seriously ill children and their families up and down the UK can make the most of every moment they have together – whether that’s for years, months or only hours. Many of these children have complex conditions and need specialist care 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Together for Short Lives stands alongside families, supporting them to make sure they get the vital care and help that they need, as well as raising funds for the children’s hospices who provide lifeline care and support.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Center Parcs team for all they’ve done, and continue to do, for the families we support. For them, life is incredibly hard. Going out together, doing things that other families take for granted, is a luxury they simply don’t have when they’re caring for their child 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That’s why our partnership is so vital – it means that families can go to their local hospices and Center Parcs villages to enjoy time together and create memories they’ll treasure forever.” Andy Fletcher, Chief Executive, Together for Short Lives

LauraLynn
LauraLynn is Ireland's only Children's Hospice providing palliative and hospice care and support for children (0-18 years) with life-limiting conditions and their families from across Ireland. LauraLynn provides a range of services including, sympton management for children, music and play therapy, psychological support, family and sibling camps, short breaks, crisis care and end-of-life care. Care can be availed of in its specialised hospice in Leopardstown, care can also be delivered in hospital, in the community, or in the family home, depending on the location and medical needs of the child and the family's preference.
Since opening in 2011, LauraLynn has cared for over 680 children and their families. This figure also includes bereaved families who avail of bereavement support and attend LauraLynn events. LauraLynn welcomes referrals from anywhere in Ireland and anyone can make a referral - medical, nursing, health and social care professionals, as well as parents and family members directly.
“We are absolutely thrilled to announce our partnership with Center Parcs. At LauraLynn we strive every day to enable families to spend time together, making special memories to last a lifetime and that is exactly what Center Parcs does for families when they stay at Longford Forest.
Center Parcs embodies LauraLynn's core values of compassion, collaboration and excellence. We are so excited to commence this wonderful partnership with the Center Parcs team, and I would like to thank them for the opportunity to be their charity partner. The funds and awareness raised through this partnership will help us to continue to care and support children with life-limiting conditions and their families across Ireland. The experience and memories made for some of our LauraLynn families through this partnership will last a lifetime.” Kerry McLaverty, CEO, LauraLynn
Helping children’s hospices in our communities
Families of seriously ill children are pushed to their limits every day. Their local children’s hospice gives them the time and space they need to make special memories that last a lifetime – the chance to be parents, not carers. At the same time, children’s hospices are struggling to meet demand, as the number of seriously ill children in the UK is growing, meaning more families are having to cope alone.
Children’s hospices must not be pushed to their limits. Our partnership raises vital funds for the UK’s 54 children’s hospices, as well as linking each village with their local children’s hospice to make an impact directly in the communities where staff live and work through fundraising and volunteering opportunities.
Our partnered hospices are:

British Heart Foundation
We began working with the British Heart Foundation in 2016. After every lodge refurbishment programme, we donate our preloved reusable furniture to the charity, who sell the stock in their network of shops across the country. Not only does this raise vital funds for the British Heart Foundation, but it also diverts tonnes of items from the waste stream. Since our partnership began, we’ve saved 642 tonnes of furniture from the waste stream and raised £885,000.
Annual charity partnerships
Each year, we also select a number of smaller charities to work with. These charities share our ethos of supporting families and we donate a number of breaks for them to allocate to families in need of some special time away together or to help with vital fundraising. We are proud that we have been partnered with some of these charities for more than a decade, helping dozens of families make precious memories together. Our charity partners for 2025/26 are:
Community
As a large employer with a supply chain of hundreds of businesses, and millions of guests visiting us each year, we have a significant responsibility to operate in a fair and responsible way. We strive to offer an environment that is safe and supportive for our colleagues, guests and suppliers, with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusivity. Alongside this, we aim to support the communities surrounding our villages by offering employment opportunities, using local suppliers where we can and donating to causes that align with our values.
