  • The Armed Forces Network: An inclusive employee group providing a safe space to share experiences, access support, and connect with other veterans and military families.
  • Career Transition: They actively recruit ex-military talent and run specialized programmes in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership.
  • Reservist Support: Reservists are offered a 10-day training allowance with full pay.
  • Workshops & Outreach: The company hosts workshops to aid veterans discharging via the Wounded, Injured and Sick (WIS) recovery route.
