• Certified Coaches & Therapists: Match with and talk to experts who can support you through the daily up-and-downs of life’s stressors. All employees will have access to 4 coaching sessions, and up to 4 therapy sessions as needed.

Digital Programs: Improve your well-being over time through online programs based on evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy treatments.

Meditation Library: Listen to guided meditations designed to easily integrate into your daily routine to help you re-focus, unwind, or even sleep!
