Key Account Manager*in - HIV (m/w/d)

Als Key Account Manager*in im Bereich HIV sind zuständig für Bewerbung der ViiV Healthcare Produkte sowie die Aufbau und Pflege der Kontakte zu HIV-Ärzten, um sie als Verordner, Meinungsbildner und Multiplikatoren zu gewinnen. Sie besprechen die vorgegebenen Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebote von ViiV Healthcare entsprechend der Marketingstrategie und vertreten ViiV Healthcare bei regionalen, bundesweiten und internationalen Veranstaltungen, Messen, Kongressen und Symposien.

Gebiet: Hamburg, Kiel, Rostock, Bremen, Osnabrück

Hauptaufgaben

• Kontinuierliche Analyse des Gebiets mit den vom Unternehmen zur Verfügung gestellten Systemen gemeinsame Erarbeitung einer gebietsspezifischen Segmentierung und ein darauf aufbauendes Targeting mit dem regionalen Business Manager (BM)
• Anwendung der vorhandenen EDV- und Analyse-Tools zur effektiven Gestaltung in der täglichen Arbeit und Gewährleistung der Aktualität der jeweiligen Datenbestände
• Monitorierung der Umsetzung von gemeinsam verabschiedeten Vorgehensweisen inhaltlich, zeitlich und finanziell (Maßnahmenplan/Controlling/Kosten-Nutzen) und Bericht an den BM
• Initiierung, Planung und Durchführung von kundenorientierten Projekten wie Fortbildungen, Kundenworkshops etc.
• Enge Abstimmung der Aktivitäten mit dem Regionalen Team bestehend aus AD-, MSL- und HCS-Managern
• Ständige Optimierung und Aktualisierung des Produkt-, Indikations- und Wettbewerbswissens sowie relevanter pharmapolitischer Rahmenbedingungen
• Einhalten der AMG-Bestimmungen, des ViiV Healthcare-Verhaltenskodex sowie der ViiV Healthcare-Konditionsrichtlinien und des ViiV Healthcare-Konditionsprozesses
• Einsatz vor digitalen Medien

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Qualifikation nach § 75 AMG, Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss, Ausbildung in den Assistenzberufen (PTA, MTA, BTA etc.) oder geprüfte/r Pharmareferent/in und/oder Erfahrung im Außendienst
• Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Kundenorientierung
• Nachgewiesene Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit über Bereichs- oder Indikationsgrenzen hinweg
• Erfahrung im Facharzt-/Klinikaußendienst
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute/solide Englisch- und EDV-Kenntnisse
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
