Early Careers at Tesco

Interns

Our interns will be encouraged to try new things, push themselves and learn from mistakes while getting hands-on experience. They’ll have access to a wide variety of workshops and resources, online or at our on-site training academy, to help them develop skills like presenting with confidence and effective influencing, as well as looking after their wellbeing. They’ll also be  supported throughout their 10-week internship by their manager and buddy. 

Apprentices

Our apprentices will be encouraged to try new things, push themselves and learn from mistakes while getting hands-on experience of leading a team. They’ll also have paid, time out to study, so they can complete a Business Management degree apprenticeship. And, like all Tesco colleagues, they’ll have access to a wide variety of workshops and resources, online or delivered by a local Learning Partner, to help them develop skills like resilience and commercial awareness, as well as how to look after their wellbeing.
