As an organisation with 250+ employees, we’re required to report on our gender pay gap. However, we believe that achieving true equity means going beyond compliance.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of our business, benefiting our colleagues, our members, and the wider industry. That’s why we’re dedicated to building a diverse workforce, embracing different perspectives, and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.

For several years, we’ve voluntarily reported on our ethnicity pay gap, as well as our gender pay gap. And in 2025, we’re taking another important step: publishing our disability pay gap for the first time. We believe this further strengthens our commitment to transparency and accountability.

We know that raising awareness isn’t just the right thing to do. It’s essential for driving positive change. That’s why we go beyond legal requirements to provide a more complete picture of workplace equity.
