Race & Ethnicity at Sport England

Our Culturally Diverse Groups Network gives Black, Asian and minority ethnic colleagues a safe space to connect and be themselves at work, and has run activity for South Asian Heritage Month and Black History Month, alongside a "Pledge Wall" and Inclusive Employers training. Separately, our trained Race Equity Champions Cohort works to embed anti-racism into our policy, strategy and behaviour, with a stated vision of us becoming "an anti-racist organisation where race equity is at the core of decision-making." We're a Race at Work Charter signatory and publish a pay gap by ethnicity, currently 7.17%, against a target of under 5% by 2029.
