We know that family looks different for everyone, and we're here to support colleagues through all of it. From up to 12 months' maternity and adoption leave, to paternity leave for partners, to a childcare cost subsidy for children up to 11 (or up to 18 for disabled children), we want colleagues to feel supported at every stage. We also recognise that caring responsibilities don't stop at the school gate, which is why we offer unpaid time off for colleagues caring for dependants, whatever that looks like for them.
