LGTBI at Multiverse Computing
At Multiverse Computing, we maintain an active LGTBI Plan (known locally as a Plan LGTBI) alongside our diversity protocols, fully integrated into our corporate governance. Operating from our headquarters in Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain, we have formally implemented this negotiated protocol to address LGTBI equality and ensure robust anti-discrimination measures across our workplace.
As part of our commitment to a progressive workplace, we have established several outstanding diversity and culture initiatives:
-
The Gender Equality Committee: Established to deliberately break standard tech barriers, our committee actively prioritises recruiting women in STEM. Thanks to these efforts, our female employee ratio stands at nearly a third of our workforce, significantly beating the 10% quantum industry average.
-
The Ethics Committee: This internal governing body ensures that all of our technical deployments and workspace cultures align directly with diversity, inclusion, well-being, and social sustainability.
-
Workplace Well-being Programmes: Our framework includes proactive employee support programmes, such as regular mental health workshops, mindfulness sessions, and collective outdoor sports to maintain an inclusive, community-driven culture.
-
International Advocacy: We openly partner with global academic institutes like the London School of Economics (LSE) to build public awareness and drive research regarding inclusive leadership within the deep-tech sector.
