LGBTQ+ at Ageas

You can be yourself here, and our LGBTQ+ network is a big part of why. Led by colleagues, it's a community where people feel they belong, and a group that's listened to when it pushes for change. We're proud to sponsor Bourne Free, Bournemouth's Pride weekend, and other initiatives throughout the year. Like all our networks, its chair sits on Momentum, so LGBTQ+ inclusion is part of how we set our direction, not an afterthought.
