Hybrid & Flexible Working at Sport England
We offer flexible start and finish times, hybrid and home working, part-time hours, compressed hours, and job sharing across many of our roles. A review of our flexible working policy between 2022 and 2024 introduced new options, alongside a new "This is Me" inclusion profile and a refreshed careers page, though we haven't set out the detail of our current policy publicly. We name work-life balance as one of the cultural values we track through our staff engagement surveys.
