When we signed up to the UK Government’s Women in Finance Charter in May 2017, our senior management population was 20% women.
As part of our approach to diversity and inclusion and our ongoing focus on the development and progression of women across our UK business, we continue working on initiatives to increase female representation in senior roles at Ageas. With our Strategic DEI Plan in place and the continued focus on gender, as of May 2025 we are at 37.5% and we continue to strive towards achievement of our 40% ambition.
