Bristol SU is flexible in its working practices and hours to ensure the best service to students and how you work to reach your full potential. 

Bristol SU makes a real and meaningful commitment to creating positive and supportive working environments to help staff reach their full potential. As such, there are a range of ways in which working patterns may, in agreement with your line manager and in line with business need, be accommodated to suit this, including part-time working, job shares and condensed hours.

Hybrid working is an established and normal way of working at the Students’ Union for many of our roles. It enables us to balance flexibility with the benefits of working together in person, including collaboration, connection and a strong organisational culture.
