Graduate Schemes:

We are eager to share our experience and give graduates a head start in the AV industry. We have close ties to universities and welcome several graduates into the Yorktel-Kinly family each year, offering the opportunity to explore all aspects of our business and forge their own career paths.

The Yorktel-Kinly Graduates’ Programme is a structured course, split into three phases. Each phase is designed to support students towards a successful career in AV. Throughout the placement, students work alongside our highly experienced and passionate teams and have the chance to travel, gain industry accreditations and support some of the most technologically advanced projects in the industry.

  • Phase one: One month working in ten different engineering disciplines
  • Phase two: Select three areas they enjoyed most and spend a month on each
  • Phase three: Choose their specialism for the remaining eight months.
