Charitable and voluntary work at Ramboll

The Flourish programme

In June 2022, a team of ten volunteers from Ramboll’s operations across seven countries teamed up with NGO Bridges to Prosperity (B2P) to build the Gikombe Trailbridge. The 55m bridge provides safe year-round access to vital resources for nearly 4,000 people in the communities of Irebero and Rubete, in Kicukiro, Rwanda

At Ramboll, we have a strong tradition for charitable and voluntary work, taking our commitment to society beyond our projects. In April 2023 we launched our social impact programme, Flourish, which is run in partnership with the Ramboll Foundation and invites employees across the company to use their expertise to support underserved communities. Through the programme, we have established 12 initiatives and partnerships across India, the US, and the UK in just the last year, creating unique volunteering opportunities all over the world for our employees.
