This group provides a place for you to share experiences and get information on issues related to your specific family responsibilities. Whether you are expecting a child, or taking care of an elder parent, this group supports you through all stages of your family life.
- Provide a support network for colleagues to discuss and address issues related to their family responsibilities and obligations
- Be a voice for working parents and collaborating with HR to provide up-to-date and accurate policy/program information and colleagues
- Provide opportunities for colleagues to talk with outside experts, including pediatrics, mental health experts, lactation consultants, and financial planners
- Offering opportunities for community outreach to support local families in need
